About Field Trip:

Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator based out of our head office location in Toronto, Canada, with the ability to work remotely, to help support our growth team. You are well-versed in marketing production as well as content marketing and have supported marketing efforts in a production and project management capacity. Equally as importantly, you have a passion for changing the world and helping people live happier, healthier, more fulfilling lives, and don't accept the status quo.

What You'll Do:

  • Support the creation of marketing materials and digital assets, including brochures, ad assets, social content, and videos
  • Support the coordination of the implementation of defined strategies and tactics with internal and third-party players
  • Support the execution of acquisition strategies and tactics to increase leads
  • Identify channel opportunities and work with internal contacts to collect & create content, design, develop and execute go-to-market programs
  • Support the development of each project while respecting time and budget constraints
  • Maintain a database, calendar, or board of all ongoing projects to ensure all tasks are kept on track
  • Participate in the brainstorming of new and creative growth strategies that translate into actionable campaigns for the team to execute
  • Ensure all creative assets are supplied, built to spec, on schedule, within budget, and comply with legal and brand standards
  • Work closely with the analytics team to ensure our KPI data is tracked accurately
  • Support planning and execution of events such as conference speaking engagements, trade shows, sponsorship opportunities, webinars, and online live events
  • Provide input to support a positive Field Trip culture within the team and beyond

Qualifications:

  • You possess a degree or diploma in business, marketing, communications, PR or a related field
  • You have a minimum 2-3 years of related experience, preferably in the start-up, health, or technology industry, with exposure and a solid understanding of multi-channel marketing: events, growth marketing, partnerships, email, digital, paid, social, emerging platforms and content management
  • You are a critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies
  • You are entrepreneurial, independent, and self-directed, with the ability to set your own goals and priorities while working well in a team environment
  • You are adaptable and remain calm under pressure
  • You are highly organized: When it comes to workflow, you take pride in your organizational skills. You can coordinate multiple projects at once and work with all necessary parties externally and internally to get the job done. You have the ability to multitask, prioritize, problem-solve, and execute in a timely fashion
  • You are a creative mind and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You have a strong aptitude and proficiency in MS Office, Google Drive, marketing software platforms, project management tools (i.e. Trello, Airtable, Monday), and more

  • Proactive go-getter, who is excited about creating awareness & a space for a new approach to treating mental health conditions with lasting success
