Bucketlist is a hyper-growth Employee Rewards and Recognition SaaS platform (we have grown by over 800% in the past 2 years!). Our platform is used to recognize outstanding performance and reward staff in a meaningful way, whether that's a day off, learning a new language, or taking a yoga class with friends.

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be on the front lines of our sales process responsible for strategically sourcing (outbound) sales opportunities.

As a SDR, you will be working with SDR Manager, Sales and Marketing to strategically research/develop accounts on your own to prospect into (outbound via email, phone, & social). You will be conducting high level conversations with HR Executives to drive new business and achieve your monthly quota of qualified sales opportunities.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Become a Bucketlist Rewards expert and answer any questions prospects may have about the product
  • Prospect, educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
  • Convert qualified leads into opportunities for Account Executives
  • Analyze your metrics to optimize internal sales processes
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to establish ways to improve your outbound sales strategy
  • Follow up and nurture marketing qualified leads until they are ready to engage with Account Executives

What you bring:

  • 1-3 years' experience in a sales / customer-facing role
  • Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Experience with high-volume sales outreach and building strong relationships with people
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Goal oriented and motivated by achieving weekly and monthly activity targets
  • Excited to hunt for new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline.
  • Outgoing personality that is comfortable cold calling
  • Passion to learn and looking for personal growth in sales

Bonus points for:

  • Experience working with CRM software (Hubspot or similar)
  • Experience with sales outreach tools (Apollo, Outreach or similar)
  • Experience with social selling and using sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • B2B SaaS experience
  • Enjoys problem solving what the wants/needs of an organization are
