THE ROLE

The role of the Corporate Sales Specialist will be to establish and build loyal relationships while growing the Herschel brand. As the Corporate Sales Specialist, you are responsible for managing a multi-million-dollar business that requires you to be highly motivated and self-driven to achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets. Excellent communication skills are needed to engage with customers and build new relationships as well as foster current ones. The position requires you to have extensive product knowledge on current, future, and past products to find the best option(s) to meet your customer's needs.

On a day-to-day basis, the Corporate Sales Specialist will:

  • Support all inbound inquiries for the blank bulk product within North America
  • Evaluate customers' needs and build relationships by offering excellent and quick service
  • Work cross-functionally to create accounts, process orders with accuracy and timeliness, process payment, and coordinate with the warehouse any special shipping instructions
  • Place seasonal buys to meet projected demand, sell through inventory seasonally
  • Work with the purchasing team to ensure all POs are accounted for as well as shift inventory to meet demand as cost effectively as possible
  • Work directly with the warehouse to ensure POs are packed correctly and provide labels as per our agreement
  • Provide loading reports immediately after shipments have left the warehouse
  • Offer new styles based on selling strategy and foster growth in new categories while protecting Herschel in the corporate space

YOUR QUALIFICATION

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably with accessories

Competencies:

  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to foresee deadlines and plan accordingly
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and scheduling skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination with internal and external team
  • Attention to detail and a strong ability to problem-solve
  • Bilingual is an asset
