Four Seasons Corporate Office in Toronto has a fixed-term opportunity for an Intern to join our Corporate Residential Operations team. This position will start as soon as possible for a 4-month internship.

Reporting to the Manager, Rentals Marketing Strategy and supporting the Residential Operations team, the Residential Rentals Marketing Intern will assist the Residential Rental marketing team by providing administrative and project support for global-level initiatives designed to support expanding awareness and increasing the profile for the Private Retreats business, leveraging data and insights to expand our and delivering rental revenue to all stakeholders.

As part of our team, the Residential Rentals Marketing intern will work closely with Corporate Marketing to execute on global, corporate-led initiatives, across Brand, Content, Digital, CRM, B2B and Analytics.

The projects the Residential Rentals Marketing intern will be a part of will have a direct impact on building the profile of Four Seasons Private Retreats, driving forward the business goals and supporting our Homeowners in the Rental program.

Key responsibilities will include :

Assist in the delivery of upcoming campaigns

Support the delivery of property level marketing guidance for content, digital, paid media, social media, new property digital onboarding

Assist with the development of sales presentations, emails campaigns and marketing collateral development

Support with gathering industry and competitive insights, web analytics and post campaign measurements

Key Qualifications and Requirements :

University Student/Graduate

  • Commerce, Marketing, Communications or other Business Major

Prior hospitality, residential, marketing or communications co-op, intern or work experience in an office environment strongly preferred

Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

A detail-oriented individual with strong written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge in managing the creative design and production processes for the development and delivery of print or multimedia communications

Comfortable with simplifying data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts, and other visual aids for presentations

Ability to create strong presentations, with a keen attention to detail.

An independent self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision

Demonstrates initiative and a willingness to suggest and try new ideas

Flexible and adaptable

All applicants must hold eligibility to work in Canada. Please note our offices are currently closed due to the pandemic and therefore this is a work from home position. The remote work location must be in the Greater Toronto Area.
