Four Seasons has an exciting internship opportunity at the intersection of people & culture, communications and marketing as Intern, Recruitment Marketing. The Intern, Recruitment Marketing will own key insights and recommendations on employer social media marketing and early careers graduate programs. This fixed-term position will start as soon as possible until the end of summer.

This role will collaborate cross-functionally with teams around the world to build out cohesive and actionable strategic recommendations in the field of employer branding, employer social media marketing and recruitment, early careers programs and university relationships.

Reporting to the Manager, Talent Insights, the Intern, Recruitment Marketing will promote the value of working for Four Seasons to help attract great candidates who fit our culture and can support our global strategy. This position will have a gift for storytelling and know how to reach and engage diverse audiences on a human level through various social and digital channels. The position will also use research tactics to provide insights to Four Seasons on how to position the MIT program for future success.

In this role, the Intern, Recruitment Marketing will be exposed to various talent acquisition, research, people and culture activities, and marketing, including:

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build out social strategies and creative materials

Learn about key social media metrics and how to implement them to measure success of social media posts and campaigns

Supporting a global team of talent acquisition team members in recommending critical paths forward for our Manager In Training program

Learn how to research, build out and deploy global employer branding content

Understand how to showcase Four Seasons culture across multiple social media channels, and how to view communications through a lens of diversity, inclusion and belonging

Research employer marketing tactics and trends and providing key insights on how we can reimagine our university relationships to build a world-class Manager In Training program

Key Qualifications and Requirements :

Relevant education in human resources, marketing, communications, and/or business.

Social Media Management and Metrics

Digital Marketing

Qualitative Research

Excellent communications (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
