DESCRIPTION

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a talented, self-directed senior field marketer to lead our Enterprise and ISV marketing strategy in Canada. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in developing an important market segment within an exciting, fast-growing business.

The Senior Field Marketing Manager, Enterprise and ISV is responsible for defining and executing the field marketing strategy to drive awareness, signups, and engagement with new and existing Enterprise customers in liaison with Geo field marketing managers. This role is responsible for building campaigns and programs needed to target enterprise customers at different phases of their journey with AWS and effectively orchestrate follow up strategies. The goals of this role include educating enterprise customers on AWS, generating quality leads and guaranteeing pipeline generation, building deeper customer relationships, and growing usage of AWS solutions. The right candidate will understand enterprise accounts and the personas within an enterprise, and be able design an engagement strategy that includes multiple touchpoints across marketing programs. The person in this role works collaboratively with field marketing leadership, digital marketing, sales and partner leadership, business development, and product marketing to design enterprise marketing initiatives, measure and report out on program effectiveness, and use data to make the right pivots in the strategy and plan. The candidate will have a results-driven mindset, creative ideas, and a scrappy, entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute AMER and global ENT programs in Canada supplementing regional field marketing plans;
  • Own ENT Canada reporting and updates (for MBR content, Monthly Leadership updates for Marketing, etc.)
  • Identify and set up mechanisms for gathering market and customer data and insights to inform business direction.
  • Build a Canada field marketing engagement strategy for the enterprise customer segment that is aligned with the goals of the AWS's marketing, sales and business development teams.
  • Work across marketing, sales and business development to prioritize key personas within the enterprise customer segment and curate compelling content and messaging in partnership with product marketing.
  • Create an enterprise marketing campaign and program strategy that effectively engages and resonates with new and existing enterprise customers.
  • Build scalable, repeatable marketing programs that have broad, but targeted reach.
  • Lead the design and development and execution of compelling digital experiences for enterprise customers, in particular customers that are unfamiliar with AWS.
  • Continually experiment and introduce new approaches to marketing to that engage customers and prospects in innovative ways.
  • Evaluate and optimize iteratively based on business priorities and customer behavior and needs.
  • Track, measure, and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and report results to sales and marketing leadership.
