As a member of Skip's Digital Marketing Team, you will be responsible for owning the direction and overseeing the execution of our ?Always On' strategic marketing programs. You will develop and lead a team of high-performing digital marketing specialists to meet customer acquisition targets, deliver incremental order volume and enable customer loyalty. You are agile, results-driven, detail-oriented and understand a full-funnel approach to driving customer behaviour in the digital landscape.
What's On Your Plate:
Define ?Always On' digital marketing strategy and deliver cross channel campaigns that line into overall business objectives and lean into the purpose of each digital channel and platform
Develop and lead a team of high-performing digital marketing specialists across the following channels: SEM, SEO, Paid Social, Organic Social, Paid Media (Display & Affiliate), and Influencer.
Oversee execution, optimization, and reporting of ?Always On' digital marketing programs
Work with Performance Marketing Analyst & Strategic Development team to measure and evaluate the impact of ?Always On' digital marketing programs and to identify new opportunities
Clearly communicate campaign results as they line into business KPIs (dashboards & ?one-pagers)
Facilitate sharing of channel learnings to Marketing teams outside of the Digital Marketing Team
Work with Digital Campaign Manager to have a holistic view of Skip's complete digital ecosystem including where campaigns and ?Always On' overlap and ensure message frequency is reasonable
Lead direct reports and any external partners to ensure all marketing communications are consistent with brand guidelines and values
Forecast impact of ?Always On' programs in order to be able to own a strategic ?Always On' marketing calendar
Ensure digital campaigns are tracked and measured appropriately to demonstrate the impact
Have a holistic view of the total digital ecosystem
Communicate effectively and facilitate strong working relationships with vendor partners, including Facebook, Snapchat & TikTok to ensure Skip is utilizing each to its fullest potential for different customer segments
Accountable for approx $15-20MM in the annual budget, ensuring strong KPI metrics on budgets
Recipe for Success:
7+ Years of relevant marketing experience
Proven experience in building and delivering digital marketing plans
Strategic, creative and data-driven marketer
- with a proven ability to solve undefined problems and think outside the box to deliver on strategic outcomes with limited resources
Comfort and confidence running budgets
An analytical, big picture and strategic thinker focused on results who demonstrates the ability to work independently and within a team to realize jointly owned KPIs
Positive, ?can do' attitude, with a history of anticipating problems and proactively finding solutions
Google Analytics qualification considered a bonus
