Requirements

In this role, you will:

Develop and implement a marketing strategy that delivers on the SPLICE's brand promise, ensuring a consistent and clear message and achieves corporate objectives of awareness, recognition and revenue growth. This includes, but is not limited to:

Creation and management of the Marketing Budget and KPIs

Management and execution of the product and corporate branded collateral

Analysis and researching of new advertising options

Full management of the SPLICE Buying Process (lead nurture program) and management of the Marketing Automation of which it consists.

Participate in all strategic planning, business planning and performance assessment activities related to the Marketing KPI's.

Recruit, manage and retain qualified staff and recommend/implement staff development initiatives for each direct report.

Manage the day to day operations of the Marketing department, including managing the daily productivity of all staff and ensuring that they have the tools to do their jobs

Management of the CRM & Marketing Automation system (Hubspot)

The ideal person will have some experience in:

Marketing , preferably in a Business-to-Business environment. Retail, Insurance or Financial Service experience an asset

Leadership , ability to relate to and gain the trust of clients and team members. You are a ?hands-on' kind of manager.

Project Management, preferably using a collaboration tool like Asana and with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Database Management , ideally with both CRM and Marketing Automation systems. You know how to get the most out of a tool. (Experience in Hubspot a huge asset)

The ideal person will also possess:

A degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience

Pre-Sales Experience

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral and attention to detail

Strong interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to work effectively with all levels of management, team members, and outside partners

Openness to learning new tools and technologies

The abilities to be self-motivated, detail-oriented, process-driven and able to prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
