Type of Employment: Contract
** Please note: this will be a 2 year contract position **
Responsible for overall support of the Marketing Department, assisting in execution of internal and external initiatives.
Assist with monitoring and maintenance of Premier's online/digital assets.
Assist with procurement of social media/online content.
Assist with the procurement/development of assets needed for advertising of new and used equipment or other initiatives.
Coordination and aiding delivery of events and/or corporate sponsorships.
Fulfillment of branding assets and requests such as SWAG, dealership branding, product literature, etc.
Assist in the fulfillment of seasonal promotions for all departments.
Coordination of the general administration of the marketing department, assisting with quoting, and processing/forwarding of administrative documents.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Requirements:
Post Secondary education in marketing, event management, social media or public relations.
Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel.
Familiar with social media platforms
- Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Hootsuite.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Understanding or training with website development software (Shopify, etc) considered an asset.
Understanding/training in Google Analytics/Google My Business an asset
Event experience, photography, writing or familiarity with landscaping, gardening, agriculture, retail or automotive all considered assets.
Familiar with Adobe Creative software suite.
Availability outside of regular working hours will be required.
Must have valid driver's license.
