Reporting to the Sr. Creative Content Manager, the Graphic Designer will assist the Sr. Creative Content Manager and will help develop and produce marketing collateral, advertising, and brand promotional materials, including product sales sheets, presentations, point of sale, social media tools and packaging. The Designer will deliver consistent quality, accurately reflecting the Monster image and brand and from time to time will be tasked with other brands in the portfolio. They will professionally interface with internal team members and external vendors and must possess the ability to communicate POS and assets request process and elements in a clear, concise, and objective manner. They should be a self-starter, able to manage multiple, concurrent projects and manage their own deadlines.

Essential Job Functions:

Graphics/Media:

  • Design and layout print creative for events (logos, posters, flyers, tickets, lanyards, wristbands, etc)
  • Design, layout and arrange assets for all POS for Canada (header cards, cooler clings, digital tools etc.)
  • Prepare assets for upload to print
  • Creative participation and consultation with Sr. Creative Content Manager and other team members
  • Ensure that all logo and asset usage, in all forms, is compliant with directives from Corporate
  • Liaise with Customer Marketing Managers and add new jobs into system
  • Assist Sr. Creative Content Manager with editing as necessary

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in design or related studies, or equivalent technical trade degree or experience in graphic design.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a Graphic Design or Creative Environment
  • Superior interpersonal communication and customer service skills
  • Highly motivated, self-managed individual
  • Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), After Effects and Premiere Pro
  • 3D Software knowledge (Cinema 4D, Dimension, etc) is a bonus
  • Proficient with Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • An understanding of print production processes
  • An understanding of the editing process
  • Strong portfolio is a must
