Revolution Nutrition is presently looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst specialized in paid social. If you are inspired by examining, analyzing, reporting, and strategizing on data, then our Revolution Nutrition team needs you to turn our campaigns into a success!


  • Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising to generate traffic;
  • Ensuring the optimization and analysis of paid social and display campaigns of Revolution Nutrition, in collaboration with strategists and other campaign managers on the team;
  • Determine the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by analyzing page clicks, keyword hits, search engine traffic, and other data;
  • Keep marketing and sales teams up-to-date on current campaigns, informing them on which aspects of campaigns are the most effective and which are not, and advising them on how to tweak campaigns to get maximum attention and create more revenue;
  • Ensuring that ads are displayed correctly and function as intended;
  • Monitor campaign budgets;
  • Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance;
  • Supporting the team in the development of display and paid social media plans;;
  • Provide recommendations for how to improve campaigns based on data;
  • Stay up to date with IT and industry advancements and share your knowledge with the team.


  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field;
  • At least 1 year of practical experience in campaign management and optimization, primarily for paid social (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, etc.);
  • Knowledge of the buying cycle for display;
  • Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) in order to create attention-getting online campaigns ;
  • Strong mathematic and finance skills to analyze the cost of campaigns compared to how many people are responding to those campaigns;
  • Proven experience with Digital Analytics tools, Data Management Platforms, SEO tools, Social (Facebook Business Manager, Google analytics, etc.);
  • Extended experience working with e-commerce websites;
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking;
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement;
  • Results-oriented.
