This role has two main responsibilities, managing the E-Commerce business and Retail Activation plans for Red Bull's off-premise sales department. On the E-Commerce side, the person will further develop Red Bull's E-Commerce strategy in Canada specifically focused on Top Bricks and Clicks Retailers including Walmart, Loblaw, Metro, Sobeys, etc. to look like and be the #1 energy brand online. On the Retail Activation side, this person will be responsible for creating and executing Red Bull´s retail marketing programming in Small and Large Format Retail. This person will comprehensively develop and execute on-Brand retail initiatives that meet consumers' needs while delivering on both brand and customer priorities.


  • Own & accelerate Red Bull online presence with Bricks N' Clicks Retailers
  • Own development of advertising plans within the retailers' network (Bricks N' Clicks & Pure Play)
  • Be the number 1 energy drink online


  • Red Bull Brand retail activation programs which are aligned with our national campaigns
  • Custom retailer programming including specific ?slices' that provide retailer exclusive activations to drive consumer excitement and engagement
  • Post-mortem analysis of retail activations to understand ROI, consumer engagement, and brand benefit



  • Leads relationship with top retailers on E-Commerce focused on how to improve Energy's and Red Bull's presence online
  • Work hand in hand with both brand marketing and Key Account managers to improved brand presence online using POSA as a benchmark
  • Lead and execute the advertising strategy and budget for Bricks and Clicks as well as Amazon
  • Drive a 360 approach by supporting top initiatives 360 plans with an online component.


  • Oversees the maintenance of periodic tracking reports, shares program performance recaps and lessons learned
  • Implements and tracks revenue-based results metrics for retailer programming investments
  • Tracks budget management of Retail Programing and Online Advertising


Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

  • This position requires strong project leadership skills to bring Brand-driven assets, objectives, concepts and priorities to life in-store and online, including; generation of sales tools, creation of design and messaging and definition of targets and look of success. They are a key point of contact for Sales stakeholders and hold full accountability for high quality execution instore and online. Simply put, develop and execute winning programs that support sales and marketing objectives in the retail landscape. Expand Brand impact and generate revenue-driving solutions to retail challenges. Candidate should have experience in the e-commerce industry managing various platforms and retailers with e-commerce capabilities including direct to consumer, pure play, and bricks & clicks. Amazon experience a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years e-commerce experience with a strong track record of success, preferably in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods), or FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industries
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using internal and external data sources
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Creative, solution-oriented mindset
  • In-depth knowledge of FMCG & e-commerce industry
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • University or College Degree
  • Travel up to: 25%
