Our main office is located in Magog, Quebec and our Customer Care department is constantly expanding. We are seeking a hard-working and motivated account executive to join our growing team.

The Account executive works closely with the Customer Care Director and the Account Directors. (S)He is responsible for the management of relationships within client portfolios and identifying key actions to undertake in order to maintain and improve these relationships.


  • Develop and maintain a relationship of trust with clients;
  • Identify action items to achieve when working with a client’s team;
  • Manage tasks, timelines, and budgets in regard to those actions;
  • Develop account management strategies to reinforce Boréalis usage;
  • Identify and solve key business cases of given clients;
  • Follow up and engage with clients.


  • Autonomous, proactive and with collaborative;
  • Flexibility and aptitude to work many cases simultaneously;
  • Mastery of stakeholder engagement operational challenges;
  • Ability to recognize and seize business opportunities;
  • Knowledge of KPIs and metrics;
  • Understanding of operational costs and budget management;
  • Analytical spirit and solution-focused;
  • Ability to deliver a client focus training on-site or remotely;
  • Understanding of the SAAS world.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
  • 6-8 years of digital agency / SAAS / field experience;
  • Project/account management experience;
  • Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written;
  • Fluent in Spanish considered as an important asset;
  • Knowledge of Boréalis targeted industries;
  • Available to travel internationally, when needed.
