Our client in the skin care industry is searching for a Sales Manager to develop the Canadian market. Are you currently in a similar role handling product launch, customer service and client visits ?   • New business development
  • Maintain current accounts
  • Visit clients to evaluate needs, product knowledge training, order replenishments
  • Coordinate and attend trade shows and major events across country
  • Coordinate and identify gaps between sales forecast and production schedule/product launches
  • Work closely with American and Italian Sales Team and coordinate messages disseminated internally and externally
  • Implement and execute sales plans and goals designed to increase sales and profits
  • Facilitate all activities so as to maximize performance and solid, long-lasting development
  • Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally (social media, MailChimp, website updates, major events)
  • Develop and compile targeted sales and marketing presentations regarding new product listings and promotions
  • Provide support in all area activities including sales, promotions, special events and marketing support functions
  • Serve as point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests
  • Coordinate and prepare sales and commission reports, outgoing mailings, sales statistics and other related documents when required
  • Assist in translating and proofreading as needed

In order to secure an interview you must possess the following:

  • Badmin
  • 5+ years experience in a Sales role
  • 3+ years experience working with large retailers
  • Previous experience selling skin care products
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Experience dealing with large retailers
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Travel across Canada required (20%)
