The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the coordination and implementation of all digital marketing campaigns for Jesta I.S. You will work towards building our brand across global markets through digital channels, especially through Search Engine Optimization. You'll help implement, manage, and grow our digital marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness within the online space with an objective of generating qualified inbound leads. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be part of a small, dynamic team and will thus have the opportunity to work on several projects touching different areas of web marketing at once, all while respecting tight deadlines. The position requires solid experience with web marketing, email marketing, CRM, SEO, social media, and online advertising/promotions.

  • Maintain the company's multilingual website, and ensure it is SEO-optimized
  • Plan and execute Jesta’s SEO & SEM strategies
  • Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our digital presence (website, ads, social media, etc)
  • Proactively manage and create web content and ensure it is aligned with the overall brand and organizational     objectives while being SEO-optimized
  • Maintain the company’s CRM, e-mail platform, and lead scoring/grading strategies
  • Manage Jesta’s social media networks to grow, engage, and retain our followers
  • Support the creation and deployment of campaign assets such as banner ads, landing pages, and emails and     ensure they are delivered to market on time
  • Create and track paid ad campaigns
  • Generate reports on website analytics, web campaigns, and social media
  • Track KPIs and help keep marketing team on track
  • Brainstorm creative campaigns for social media and other inbound marketing initiatives and track their       success
  • Establish new web marketing campaigns to drive leads, sales, and increase our audience
  • Support global Email Marketing campaigns through:
            o Help in the creative development of new email templates and redesign of existing templates for best                 practices and optimization of deliverability
            o Building and testing emails before deployment,
            o List building: list cleaning and segmenting exercises
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies and provide recommendations for what is considered "best practice"

Education: University degree in Marketing or Communications
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a digital marketing role


  • Wordpress, Google Analytics, Salesforce CRM, Pardot or similar platforms
  • SEO, SEMRush
  • Social media sponsored posts and advertising strategies
  • Ability to edit and code basic HTML/CSS
  • Proven experience in playing a supporting role in the planning, execution and analyzing of website,                  promotions, and email campaigns

Significant assets: B2B experience in a technical field, experience with design programs, such as InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator

Language abilities: Advanced communication skills in English, working knowledge of French
Know how: Collaborative while also being able to work well independently, detail-oriented, self-starter who can prioritize and multitask
