Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the CS agent is responsible for client bookings and repeat business. He/she is responsible for providing clear and concise information in a timely manner to clients and ensuring that their needs are met.  He/she is responsible for ensuring that orders also ship on time. 


  • Retrieve bookings received from clients, manually or electronically
  • Input bookings into the Momentis system (style numbers, shipping information, quantities, terms, etc) Verify it is all accuarte.                   
  • Advise Sales Representatives of any issues that may arise with client bookings
  • Inform clients that bookings have been uploaded into the Momentis system
  • Advise clients of any changes in original order based on products (changes in styles, drops in orders, etc.)
  • Confirm modifications of orders with clients prior to shipment
  • Answer clients' product inquiries
  • Highlight any discrepancies in inventory and missing stock and advise the Brand Manager of the shortage
  • Remain in constant communication with clients and Brand Managers to communicate any changes in inventory and orders
  • Solve any issues that may arise throughout the booking process
  • EDI knowledge is an asset


  • Receive repeat adjustment requests (manually or electronically)
  • Retrieve repeat order information from the client and review all information on the order sheet
  • Enter repeat order information into the Momentis system- print them daily every morning
  • Remain aware of incoming deliveries from suppliers to ensure shipments can be regrouped
  • Tag orders based on outgoing shipments to clients in order to regroup all brands any client orders for their store
  • Review outstanding Pick reports to verify outstanding client orders
  • Contact clients regarding changes in orders or other issues relating to orders, as they arise
  • Identify best-selling items and communicate with the Brand Managers to ensure the availability of these items in inventory
  • Remain in constant communication with clients for any back orders or problems that may arise in the repeat order process


  • Experience within an office setting, an asset
  • 2-3 years of CS experience
  • Biligual - written and spoken
  • Computer Savvy
