The ideal Social Media & Content Specialist will be responsible for developing creative and compelling content as well as driving brand growth and customer acquisition through various social media platforms.

More specifically, you will need to:

  • Produce and deliver engaging and unique social media campaigns to drive customer acquisition/retention
  • Create engaging content to grow the brand and promote products
  • Assist in creating and implementing paid social media campaigns
  • Work alongside and support relevant team members within marketing and sales to ensure consistent social media coverage and brand management across all platforms
  • Act as a liaison point for all social media related to customer inquiries
  • Learn the brand and develop a deep understanding of the brand and products
  • Organize, choreograph and direct photo & video opportunities
  • Keep informed of competitor social media activity and adjust plans accordingly, monitor industry trends

You will be reporting directly to our Sales & Business Development Manager.


  • 2-3 years min. digital marketing experience (in the luxury industry or wine industry, a plus)
  • Experience managing and optimizing Facebook & Google Ads campaigns (Budgeting, new copy, targeting, A/B testing)
  • Experience managing and optimizing MailChimp campaigns and audiences
  • Measurable results in terms of creating and implementing both marketing and social media strategy
  • Ability to analyze data and then design experiments to test those hypothesis
  • Bilingual (French and English; excellent copywriting skills needed); Spanish a plus
  • Knowledge of best practices and tools
  • Attention to detail and great organizational skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Results oriented person, who is enthusiastic and a strong team player
  • Autonomous (remote work)


  • Facebook Blueprint and other relevant certifications
  • Certifications or experience in other web marketing/technology fields
  • Bonus points if you can send us SEO ideas on
  • Passion for the web & new technologies
  • Interest for wine, design and architecture
