Mosaic Sales Solutions Canada is a Sales/Merchandising and Field Marketing Solutions agency that utilizes our considerable expertise, proven best practices and leading-edge technology to execute brand relevant selling, merchandising and event marketing programs across all retail channels and business-to-business. What are we looking for? We are currently recruiting for a full-time Business Development Representative to start late February 2010 in the Montreal/Ottawa region representing the Odwalla brand.
This position is based out of Montreal but you also cover the Ottawa region.
This opportunity is an entry-mid level full-time salaried position.

BDR job in a nutshell:
You will be prospecting and cold calling to land the best accounts possible to offer our amazing product. There is a lot of knocking on doors and impromptu meetings but rest assured - the response is extremely positive as the service and product you are representing is second to none!
In addition to landing accounts you will also participate in out of the box activities to create awareness that our product is here…in other words, you’ll be working hard but you will be having fun too! More specifically, you will:
• Call on retail stores, restaurants, coffee shops, hospitals, universities and other food service establishments representing Odwalla products. • Continually prospect new business while maintaining a solid relationship with current accounts • Maintain solid internal relationships • Achieve sales targets • Work as a team member with our Route Sales team to provide seamless service to our customers
We are looking to interview individuals with the following: • Fluently bilingual (both written and oral) • Minimum 2 years of Business to Business sales experience • Proven track record of being able to work with little supervision, growing sales, solving problems and meeting deadlines • Related experience which includes: sales, retail merchandising and customer service in the Food Service industry • Entrepreneurial spirit – this is a new product to Montreal and Ottawa so it will be YOU that is responsible for the success of this brand in your territory! • Strong social and interpersonal skills • Committed work ethic • Problem solvers who are very achievement oriented • Highly organized • Exceptionally strong verbal communication skills • Passion for the brand and lifestyle the brand represents!! • Valid driver’s licence and regular access to a vehicle • Ability to travel 35% of the time
