The Training Coordinator is a motivated leader who is dynamic and has a passion for training, while ensuring skills are not only being trained, but also retained and applied.

Reporting directly to the Quebec Regional Sales Manager, the Training Coordinator is responsible for assessing, identifying, designing and delivering learning solutions and talent development initiatives and programs. The successful candidate will manage and continuously enhance learning and development programs which support Linkeo’s sales strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Plans and executes training, enhancing and updating current curriculum and training presentations and conducting the training
  • Manages monthly onboarding programs, including a part in new hire training
  • Working closely with product specialist and team managers, analyzes ongoing training need; identifies strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the market and proposes solutions
  • Creates and manages evaluation standards and tools
  • Ensures continuous evaluation of training curriculum, including post-training surveys, and liaise with key stakeholders to ensure ongoing effectiveness

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience facilitating training content and coaching sales teams
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both French and English
  • Strong project management, problem resolution, communication, and presentation skills
  • Tech savvy
  • Passion for learning and development and the ability to proactively develop and implement innovative learning programs and solutions to support organizational objectives
  • Desire to thrive in a dynamic, growing environment
  • Ability to influence, build strong relationships and interact positively as an effective facilitator
  • Effective at collaborating within team environment, across business units and levels
  • Willingness to travel and ability to facilitate sessions in a variety of locations, as required
