RAISON D’ÊTRE

Le titulaire du poste est responsable de coordonner l’implantation des plans marketing de la marque Transat au Canada et sur les marchés internationaux. De plus, le titulaire du poste est responsable de la production des brochures de Transat en plus de toutes les pièces marketing pour la marque. Il coordonne également la communication marketing des services Air Transat.

RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Planifier et implanter les grandes promotions sur les marchés canadiens et internationaux. Concevoir l’offre avec l’analyse de la compétition et résultats des promotions antérieures, assurer la logistique et  rédiger et implanter du plan d’action en collaboration avec les autres services.
  • Planifier et coordonner la production de contenu marketing relatif aux produits de Transat (création du concept, développement de la stratégie de diffusion, tournage à destination, production de pièces marketing)
  • Définir le contenu, briefer et coordonner la production des pages marketing des brochures de Transat. Coordonner les différentes étapes de production et d’approbation.
  • Développer les créatifs et plan de communications pour les services d’Air Transat.
  • Assurer le développement de l’image de marque à destination et coordonner la production de la signalétique à destination.
  • Coordonner l’implantation des plans marketing (publicités magazine, OOH, radio, TV, flyers B2C et B2B)
  • Assurer la continuité et la cohésion entre les différentes actions marketing de la marque (positionnement, image de marque, publicité, promotion) et assurer une vigie de l’utilisation des logos et des campagnes publicitaires.
  • Effectuer l’analyse de campagne marketing et préparer les documents de présentation.
  • Participation au suivi budgétaire.
  • Procurer le support nécessaire au chef de marque afin de réaliser certains projets de promotions, de publicités et de communications.

EXIGENCES

  • Détenir un Baccalauréat en Marketing ou en Communication
  • Posséder un minimum de 5 années d’expérience dans le domaine du marketing
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets à la fois
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression
  • Connaissance des logiciels MS Office
  • Dynamisme, débrouillardise, autonomie, rigueur et sens de l’organisation
  • Créativité
  • Connaissance du milieu du voyage (un atout)
  • Bilinguisme essential (oral et écrit)

PURPOSE

The incumbent is responsible for implementing Transat marketing plans in Canada and on international markets and for producing Transat brochures as well as all marketing pieces for the brand. The incumbent is also responsible for the marketing of Air Transat services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and implement major promotions on the Canadian and international markets. Design the offer by analyzing the competition and the results of previous promotions, ensure the logistics, and write and implement the plan of action in collaboration with the other services.
  • Plan and coordinate the production of marketing content for Transat products (concept creation, development of the dissemination strategy, filming on location, production of marketing pieces).
  • Develop creatives and communication plan to promote Air Transat services.
  • Define the content and coordinate the production of the marketing pages in Transat brochures. Coordinate the different stages of production and approval.
  • Ensure the development of the brand image in destination and coordinate the production of the destination signage.
  • Coordinate the implementation of marketing plans (magazine ads, OOH, radio, TV, flyers B2C and B2B).
  • Ensure the continuity and cohesion between the different brand marketing actions (positioning, branding, advertising, promotion) and monitor the use of logos and advertising campaigns.
  • Carry out the analysis of the marketing campaign and prepare the presentation documents.
  • Participate in budget monitoring.
  • Provide the necessary support to the brand manager in order to achieve certain promotional, advertising and communication projects.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications;
  • Minimum 5 years of direct work experience in Marketing;
  • Completely bilingual (spoken and written);
  • Ability to manage multiple projects;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Knowledge of MS Office software;
  • Dynamic, resourceful, autonomous, rigorous and extremely organized;
  • Creativity;
  • Knowledge of the travel industry (an asset);
