As part of the Strategic Development Department, you will contribute to the development of our corporate identity and brands leading different marketing operations with the goal of increasing awareness and membership sales.

The professional is a key member of a dynamic team and must be able to collaborate with different internal stakeholders in Ottawa, Montreal (bilingualism is required).

Based in Montreal but some travels will be required (Ottawa…)

RESPONSABILITIES

  • Participating in the planning and execution of advertising campaigns;
  • Writing, publishing and updating contents on our websites, and develop new features that manage member engagement and awareness campaigns
  • Challenging and maintaining a social media strategy
  • Developing, implementing and tracking effectiveness of marketing and advertising strategies (stats report);
  • Supporting the organization and attending events such as exhibits, press releases…;
  • Interfacing and liaising with other departments or offices;

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Post secondary education, university graduate preferred
  • Full working proficiency in English and French, with excellent professional writing skills
  • 3- 5 years business/marketing experience is ESSENTIAL
  • Excellent and up to date knowledge of Google Ad words
  • Being familiar analytics software, advertising return on investment
  • Willingness to travel

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Full time and temporary job (one year), 37.5h /week
  • Starts on 20th of February 2017
  • Salary- to be negociated
