Position: Partnership Development Assistant (Junior) North America

Over the past five years, we have carefully selected more than 9000 outdoor activities, fine restaurants, exquisite spas, and charming hotels all over the world to be featured in our guide books. The North American team, located in Montreal-Canada, is seeking dynamic Partnership Development Assistants to collaborate on a product creation/renewal project. The position will be an effective project management mission: developing and managing partner relations. This is a temporary contract-type employment and the start date of the position is immediate.

The role will essentially consist of:
• Being part of the creation of a complete range of products.
• Managing the partners network across specific regions of North America
• Developing a prospect list of qualified companies in a specific industry
• Cold-call, inform and follow up with new partners / follow up with old partners
• Closing/renewing the partnership agreements
• Selection of the visuals for each partner’s communication page in the guide
• Daily follow ups with the creation team

Profile:
• 0 to 2 years sales or relevant experience
• Excellent knowledge of English language: good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent presentation and persuasive skill
• Comfortable on the phone
• Possess strong sales attributes and are team oriented; you also seek an energetic work environment.
• Being client oriented
• Good understanding of PC-Based systems, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Other necessary skills:

You possess a post-secondary qualification or a proven track of success in sales or marketing.

Package:
• Salary of 32k / year
• Allowance for food and transportation.
