Job Description : Interactive Brands is looking for a Search Marketing Specialist who can execute and optimize online campaigns. This position works closely with the management team to test and optimize keyword bids, ad copy in order to optimize landing pages.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable with statistics and can thrive with the following responsibilities: • Manage budgets, analyze keyword costs, and processes for maximizing ROI. • Conduct competitive research and make recommendations on keyword selection. • An element of creativity is important to be successful in this position, as you will be required to write some enticing text and banners ads to attract customers. • Manage tracking, reporting, and analysis of PPC marketing campaigns.. • Since the industry is constantly changing, our candidate must be able to handle its pressures as well as possess an eagerness for learning. • Monitor market price changes, market trends, research online and offline advertising channels, promotional programs and events. • Work with the management team to make recommendations for usability enhancements, which directly impact consumer download and purchase behavior.
Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business or related field. • 2-3 years of consumer marketing experience • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple projects and campaigns. • Ability to think strategically while managing details & comfortable working with numbers and calculations. • Must be creative, adaptive and achievement-oriented • Proficient with Excel, Word, Power Point; a functional understanding of Web technology.
Additional Assets: • Prior experience with search marketing or online campaign management is a great asset (sales experience is also a benefit) • Experience with Google adwords, msn & yahoo. • Multiple languages (spoken or written) are a great benefit (Spanish, French, Japanese etc…)
Location: The position of Search Marketing Specialist is located in Montreal.
