Coordinateur (trice) Marketing :

Relevant du Directeur Général, la personne assumera les principales fonctions suivantes :
• Liaison avec les agents et revendeurs internationaux
• L’organisation et la participation aux expositions et foires commerciales
• Le développement et la mise à jour du contenu du site Web
• Planification des brochures et autres publications
• Planification et promotion de nos webinars techniques
• Utilisation et formation aux utilisateurs du CRM

Un Baccalauréat en marketing ou un DEC avec expérience pertinente serait idéal, toutefois une expérience de travail en HVAC, en contrôles out tout autre domaine technique connexe démontrant une aptitude a intégrer des concepts techniques serait un atout.

Expérience : 1-4 ans dans un rôle similaire exigeant beaucoup d’autonomie
• Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office
• Excellentes aptitudes de communication tant en Anglais qu’en Français
• Forces en planification et talents démontrés en organisation
• Familiarité avec l’utilisation d’un CRM tel que Sugar serait un atout
• Autonomie et créativité sont un « must »
• Minutie tout en étant à l’aise dans l’exécution de tâches multiples en simultané

Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator will support the General Manager with:

• International Agents /reseller liaison
• Trade show planning and participation
• Web-site content development and updates
• Management of our Customer relation management software
• Technical Webinar planning and coordination
• Brochures development
• Promotional activities

A Bachelor certification in Marketing or a ''DEC'' with the appropriate experience would be ideal. Previous exposure to the Water and Wastewater treatment, HVAC or control industry would be an asset. Other previous technical working environment could compensate with the ability to integrate technical concepts.

Experience: 1-3 years in a similar role in a fast-paced, autonomous environment
Skills and Aptitudes:

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint
-Creativity / Autonomy
-Exposure to working with CRM tools (Sugar) an asset
-Attention to details yet strong in multitasking
-Excellent written and oral communication French / English
-Planning and organizing
