Growing analytics-driven marketing firm in Montreal seeks a highly motivated and experienced SEO, SEM and social media marketing specialist. Applicants must have superior Web analytics knowledge and extensive experience working with Google AdWords, Google Analytics and WordPress. Knowledge of HTML, PHP, JavaScript and Excel is essential. Solid and proven experience in using social media as a marketing tool required.
The successful applicant will work to maximize client marketing efficiency and increase Web traffic and online presence. To that end, applicants must be capable of overseeing multiple SEO,SEM and social media campaigns, and should be able to work independently without a lot of supervision.
Responsibilities for the SEO and SEM Marketing Specialist position include:
Daily management of SEM campaigns Updating content and Meta Tag changes Analyzing competitive landscape Measuring SEO & SEM metrics and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities Being on the forefront of new relevant emerging media and technology Manage weekly and monthly reporting and tracking, flagging issues for internal stakeholders and report metrics appropriately Plan, implement & optimize link building campaigns Analyze and report campaign performance; provide results and recommendations for improvement and campaigns Develop and implement social media strategies within Web design and development Configuring Google Analytics profiles
The ideal candidate will be a certified Google AdWords partner and qualified to work with Google Analytics. Experience conducting keyword research and working with Google Webmaster Tools is also helpful. Salary commensurate with experience.
