Role Overview
The Manager, Interactive Marketing role will involve leading a team with direct implication on setting and evolving the functional and user experience of the Luxury Retreat’s group of web sites, while also generating direct traffic and user engagement through SEO/PPC, content development, social media channels and web design strategies. He/she will be responsible and accountable for the development and implementation of marketing strategies with the objective of maximizing the quality of Website traffic, convertible leads and ROI. Additionally, he/she will contribute to the overall development of the brand as the company grows internationally.

Key Responsibilities
The Manager, Interactive Marketing will be comfortable in an ever-evolving role; managing a multi-faceted team with responsibilities including, but not limited to the following:
• Evolving the website experience with aim towards improving user engagement- Work in conjunction with the development team on prioritizing functions and site features that incorporate better user information capture, search and property merchandising strategies. Directing the platform towards a more personalized experienced for users with aim towards improving conversions. • Generation of traffic and traffic conversion strategies through search engine (SEO, PPC), content and social media channels. • External and internal communications with focus on improving user engagement with the brand. Ensure the integrity and consistency of corporate branding in all marketing initiatives as the company evolves • Explore non-traditional exposure with opportunity for strong ROI including tradeshow and special event participation. • Build processes and procedures with aim towards collaborating with other departments. Ensure effective and timely communication so that all department teams work in alignment to maximize results.
Qualifications

• At least 7 years of successful web-based marketing management experience is required. Ideally, this will include B2C marketing with an established digital property. • Desire and experience working within a young/creative and fast paced, entrepreneurially spirited environment. • Solid technical ability and experience working with technologists in a collaborative setting • Proven project management skills. • Reputation as an excellent communicator, motivator and team builder. Consistently leads by example and recognizes and rewards results. • Autonomous and capable of interfacing with people at all levels.
