Responsabilities:

Develop artistic direction of catalogue in conjunction with other team members.
Receive pictures for catalogue.
Retouch photos.
Add frames, decorations and logos.
Carry out pagination tasks.
Prepare a mock-up for the Director of Advertising and Marketing.
Make necessary modifications.
Receive text from the Assistant of the Director of Advertising and Marketing.
Add visual elements (logos, pictures, designs, etc.).
Scan text into the newsletter.
Format the page.
Deliver a copy to the Assistant of the Director of Advertising and Marketing.
Receive approval for print or make required modifications.
Print final version and distribute it to staff members.
Create media kits seasonally.
Meet with team members at the beginning of the year to establish direction of media kit.
Review media kits from previous years.
Receive text from the Assistant of the Director of Advertising and Marketing.
Add appropriate visuals and pictures.
Attend regular meetings for updates and changes.
Receive feedback and make required changes.
File one copy at the end of each year.
Research new promotional item possibilities.
Review previous promotional material (cell phone holder, panties, etc.).
Create original designs or ones based on suggestions from team members.
Ensure items are fun, useful and original.
Send designs for conception.
Make modifications as needed.
Review advertising campaigns.
Prepare layout for all print advertising (billboards, ads, etc.).
Make modifications as necessary.
Burn final version onto CD for company that is mounting ad.
Deliver CD and ensure it is received.

Qualifications:

- Excellent knowledge of Photoshop

- Excellent knowledge of In Design

- Excellent knowledge of Illustrator

- 2 years of experience in a similar position

- Self motivated team player

- high energy individual

- Organized and meticulous

- Able to work independently, under pressure

- Ability to meet tight deadlines
