Hardt Equipment, a leading designer and manufacturer of food service equipment, is looking for talented individuals to join our growing team.

ROLE SUMMARY:

This position exists to implement graphics representations to effectively represent Hardt’s products and services. Assist the sales and marketing team in creating promotional material for various media channels using different software. Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts for projects generated by all departments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create Marketing and Sales documentation in printed and electronic format.
• Ensure visual consistency in all documentation.
• Work with technical team to produce renderings, signage, overlays, stickers, manuals, and enhanced graphic art.
• Work with engineering drawings to produce final graphics output or products.
• Create, design, and edit graphics for use in various mediums, from print to web.
• Use computer software to generate new images; mark up, paste, and assemble final layouts.
• Provide assistance to other departments with their documentation (training guides, work-aids, etc.)

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Normal for an office environment.
• Must manage and complete multiple tasks, at times with tight deadlines.
• On occasion may be required to work beyond normal work schedule to complete projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design and 1-2 years of graphics experience
• Excellent writing, editing, communications, and graphic skills. Portfolio required.
• Requires strong organizational skills and keen eye for detail.
• Ability to develop and deliver creative promotional collateral.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, passionate about their work.
• Able to work well within a team and independently.
• Proficiency in: Adobe products (PhotoShop, Illustrator, Acrobat, InDesign) / PC based
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and IsoDraw will be considered an asset
