Responsibilities
• Advertisement coordination.
• Media Advertisement placement.
• Graphics assistance.
• Media Press Coverage update.
• Back-Up for the PR dept for Stylist/Editor Requests.
• Back-up to project manager for Tradeshows.
• Marketing Inventory management.
• Sponsorships/ Charity requests coordination.
• Celebrity/VIP/Artist requests coordination.
• Special projects and internal events coordination.
• Marketing and PR administration.
• Budget summaries preparation.

Qualifications
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge and experience of the retail and fashion industry.
• Bilingual, you are reliable, independent and very organized.
• Strong PC skills including MS Office. In Design, Photoshop and Illustrator a definite asset.
• Multitasker, you are able to meet budgets and multiple deadlines.
• Results oriented, you have the ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment.
